3. Kindly email us at info@ohhellobae.com within 7 days your order number, product that caused reaction and the photo. This visual documentation allows us to better understand your experience and provides valuable insights for refining our formulations.

4. We will reply with return instruction in 2-3 business days.

5. Please secure the product in a polymailer bag and mail back the item to us.

6. We will process your refund in 5-7 business days upon receiving your product.
