At Oh Hello Bae, we use Granactive Retinoid, a gentler form of retinoid that is scientifically proven to deliver the same benefits without the harsh side effects. However, it's important to note that everyone's skin is unique and may have different levels of sensitivity. If you experience any peeling or irritation, we recommend reducing usage until your skin adjusts. Over time, your skin will develop tolerance and you can gradually increase usage to achieve the desired results.

When you first start using our Face Filter serum, you may experience a temporary worsening of your acne, known as a "purge." This is because retinoids increase the turnover of skin cells, which means that dead skin cells are shed more quickly.
