1. Are your products really vegan? 

Our products are 100% Vegan, with no animal bi- products being used in any of our formulations and absolutely no animal testing. 

2. Are you certified organic?

We choose to use certified ingredients where possible, but we are not and don't claim to be certified organic.

3. Why choose our products? 

Our products formulations are effective yet safe and gentle on the skin. We also do not use sulphates, parabens, phthalates, petrochemicals, synthetic fragrances or synthetic colours. 

4. What is the shelf life of your products?

We have an 18-month shelf life on our products except the Holy Grail Mist Toner which has a shelf life of 12-months.

5. Where are your products manufactured in?

Our products are Australian-made.

Shipping & Delivery

1. How much is shipping?

Shipping within Singapore is at a flat rate of $4.50. 

2. How many days will shipping within Singapore take?

Your parcel should reach you within 5-7 business days or less.

3. Do you ship overseas? 

We currently only ship to Australia, Malaysia, New Zealand, South Korea and United States. 

4. Where do you ship your products from?

We are based in sunny island Singapore. 

5. What's your refund policy? 

We do not offer any refunds or exchanges. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds if the product did not work out for you. We recommend a patch test before using our products.

Bae Rewards Program

Do you have a rewards program? 

Yes we do! Click on the tab "Get Rewards" on the bottom right of our website. Joining is easy. Just click the Create An Account button to get started. Once you're registered with our store, you'll have the opportunity to take part in all of the exciting ways we currently offer to earn points! The more you spend the more points you earn. The points can be used to redeem vouchers for your future purchases. 

Am I able to accumulate points for my past purchases?

Unfortunately we are unable to manually adjust points for past purchases before 5th June 2021. Point accumulation will take effect from 5th June 2021 only.
