How do I apply?
If you’ve already been painting your nails with regular polish all this time, you don’t have to do anything different!
Here are some tips to help you out:
Start with clean dry nails. Remove oil and dirt with a nice soapy hand wash. Alternatively, clean off excess oil or dirt on your nails with alcohol. Also, do not apply any cuticle oil or hand cream on your hands and nails before applying Aquajellie as oils and other particles on your nail bed will prevent the polish from adhering smoothly onto your nails.
Apply 2-3 thin coats rather than one thick coat and wait for at least 1 minute between coats. Ensure that the first coat is fully dried before applying the second coat. Thinner coats also help prevent air bubbles from getting trapped between the lacquer and the nail plate
End your application by capping the free edge - don’t stop at the tip, but continue to go over the edge of your tip to cover the nail tip too. This will help to prevent chipping.

In general, the common chemicals that are of concern for pregnant ladies are Formaldehyde, Toluene and Phthalates; and being 9-free, our formula does not include any of these chemicals. We literally only have 4 ingredients in our formula, making us one of the cleanest brands on the market!
Polyurethane-1
More commonly used in the production of eyeliners, Polyurethane-1 has been adapted to be the main component of Aquajellie for its strong adhesive properties, allowing it to stay on your nails longer than most water-based nail polish.
Stearalkonium Bentonite
Derived from naturally-occurring clay-based minerals, Stearalkonium Bentonite allows our colour bases, glitters and shimmers to suspend at the perfect level, leaving you with an Aquajellie application that is even, highly pigmented, and luxurious.
Propylene Glycol
Used to replace Butyl Acetate and Ethyl Acetate, you can thank Propylene Glycol for the odourless nature of Aquajellie. Say goodbye to the strong, toxic smells that is present in even the cleanest of traditional nail polish formulations.
Hyaluronic Acid
A key ingredient in many skincare products for its moisture retention properties, Hyaluronic Acid reduces the flaking of dry skin and restores the suppleness of damaged skin. With Aquajellie, you can now expect your nails to enjoy these benefits as well.
